Worst service ever
It’s a horrible experience guys, I would not recommend it to anyone,my geyser burst 2 weeks ago and I’m told to get my own plumber because I don’t pay much

16 Jul 2020, 13:02ill await your response,To be clear my geyser burst i wad told to complete a claims form which i did,i was then told to get my own service provider to quote me,I called over 7 plumbing companies non wanted to come to without a call out fee,i explained the issue to my broker,I wrote to my broker and requested that you send your own service provider to simplify things,He then called and told me to go the builders and get a quote,How i asked I dont even know the size nor compatible geyser more over installation will have to be done,i WAS TOLD TO GO INTO THE ROOF AND CHECK IT MYSELF: WOW WOO WOW A WOMAN IN THE ROOF?:HE tHEN PPROCEEDED TO TELL SEE YOU DONT PAY MUCH IF YOU WANT TO GET THINGS DONE YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK.
