Worst Insurer ever!!!
Worst Insurer ever!!! Vague to no feedback provided three weeks into my claim. The only time I received feedback was after I logged a formal complaint.. Claims tech and manager does not given a damn about the "client". When I had mention to the manage that she did not return my call or tried to resolve the claim this was her response: “I am not sure why you wanted me involved as I was fully aware the entire time of what was happening”!!!! What ever happened to TCF???
