worst insurance to ever consider

absolutely terrible.... No response , no answers on questions... Nothing... I have been in an accident on the 8th of September and it was not my fault. It is a very clear accident with brolink's customer smashing my car from behind while I am standing still in traffic. When asked if their policy does cover for rental vehicle I dont get any respnse. I have obtained a lawyer and they dont even respond to the lawyer... So for almost two months I have to borrow a car from family and friends because this insurance company is so terible ..... And this is for a company insurance so imagine how bad they will be when personal insurance ........
