Vehicle Insurance

What a terrible insurance 🙄, deemed my car uneconomically to be repaired but the car was not that bad as per their report, I was told it be cheaper to write it off than to repair if, I have decided to fetch the vehicle at SMD on the third week after then been giving me run around, when I get there my vehicle was stripped, tyres ******,etc,repaired that minor damage on the suspension and the car was moving smoothly, the requested a quote after i sent a quote that was way below their estimations then they client doesn't decide tell them how to to proceed with a claim 💔, what a ********** experience, couldn't even meet me halfway so that i can fully repair my vehicle ,why did they request for a quotation?
