Vehicle insurance claim

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction, my vehicle was in an accident in George in Dec 2024, they towed my vehicle to the "nearest smd" they've deemed my vehicle as write off and refuse to give me the assessment report.I don't believe the vehicle should be a write off as it's still driveble and the air bags didn't come out and there was no warning lights. They towed my vehicle to Port Elizabeth when i reside in Cape Town now when I ask them if I can withdraw the claim they want me to go fetch the vehicle from PE when I never asked them to take it to PE in the 1st place. That's after towing the vehicle 2 days after the incident was reported.
