Useless vehicle insurer

It's been almost a month since I submitted my claim for my vehicle I am having the worst experience with dealing with Zanele Masemola she is not interested and lacks empathy no feed nothing, even the assessor (Leonard) is taking his sweet time to respond to an email sent on the 18th

I am without a car whereas I have paid my monthly fee without fail, here I am stuck with a damaged car and they are not interested in repairing it.
