Useless company with no feedback and action!!!

This company is useless, I filed a claim due to heavy storm and damaged done to my house in February/March. Feedback from them is that claim has been denied on simple reason. I then filed another one that it should been reviewed after evidence I send in for further evaluation. Every time they say it will be escalated to claims department but nothing has been done and we are already in August. They are very quick to take your instalment every month. They are useless!!!!!
