unsatisfactory claim
<p>Hi. We have our insurance through Hollard and brolink is the underwriter. My vehicle was in an accident last week so I claimed. They asked me to take it to 2 of their panelbeaters. They have quoted but unfortunately these companies are closing for the festive season and brolink said I have to wait till mid January to take my vehicle in for repairs and I have to wait another 3 weeks for the repairs to be carried out. I have found alternate panelbeaters who can repair my vehicle at a cheaper rate and I can have my vehicle before the festive period but brolink is not agreeing. What can be done about this. I need a vehicle for the holidays. Brolink is an excuse of a company who doesn't know what they doing.</p>

15 Dec 2016, 14:06Thank u for you response. I did meet with the assessor. Great guy. He did ask I get certain parts second hand but unfortunately it was difficult to find. The parts don't come alternate therefore genuine parts had to be quoted but I managed to get a panel beater who can do my repairs at 10000 rand cheaper and before Christmas bit it depends on your response. I hope that this does not delay any further. Once again. Thank you. Hope the matter can be resolved before end of day so I can have a vehicle by christmas
