Unresolved motor claim for 4 months now!

What a terrible, unpleasant experience I continue to endure with Brolink responsibile for my claim, iemas my non-existent broker and Hollard the underwriter and insurer. It is very confusing that Brolink has such good ratings and Hollard has the most horrific rating and they continue to do business together. We are now heading into the 5th month and my claim has not been resolved. I'm tired of being taken back and forth with my claim. I call hollard and I'm told to call Brolink, I call Brolink and I'm told to call hollard. Please resolve my motor claim as a matter of urgency, this is a humble plea. What is honestly outstanding? Please we cannot possibly allow this to continue for another 5th month.
