Unfair Practice

I put through an insurance cliam to repair my vehicle after a hail storm. When i took the car in for repairs i find that the insurance company isnt prepared to do full repairs on my vehicle. Its rather disapointing to know that i have insurance company that doesnt care about their customers. Think i need a change over after this inicdent !!
