Un attended claim for a business vehicle

My partner's car was involved in an accident on the 28 February 2025,towed to Gobid Sandton,Brolink has been playing hide and seek,to date there is no direction, painful part the car was used for business and have to pay for it while it is stuck somewhere.There is no communication at all when called the mo e you from one person to the other,the worst part it was when they said the person responsible for the claim is on leave if not on leave they are out of the office.Will never advice even my worst enemy to do business with them.
