There are 3 things I value the most when it comes to insurance : 1. Claim Conclusion Turn Around Time 2. Simplicity in the claim process 3. Clear communication

The claims consultant Khanyisile Ngwenya met my expectations in all three, it took us roughly 24hrs to conclude my phone claim. Great service and well done to all the parties involved, Brolink, FNB Brokers & Hollard Insurance.
