Call centres for insurances (in my experience - exception OUTsurance) are usually an extremely frustrating ordeal especially towards the end of the day - But I was pleasantly surprised by Victoria Shokane - professional, knowledgeable and friendly - What a pleasure speaking to her - she sorted out everything so smoothly
