Terrible Service from consultant (Caroline Mathole)

Brolink has always provided me with excellent service, but my recent experience has been absolutely horrible. A consultant by the name of Caroline Mathole has been giving me the run around with regards to my claim for almost a month now and has since stopped taking my calls. Everytime I call I am told she is on lunch or unavailable or I get disconnected. I have left countless messages requesting to get called back but that has not helped either. For a company that has always provided me with excellent service, I find this completely unacceptable.
