Terrible customer service Steven Ramonyai

Very rude. Unprofessional. Goinf from- "you can contact me if you have any questions" ...to a person who couldn't even bother to set up out of office message over December. His colleagues didn't even know where he was and i was jot helped. Nor did he bother find out about my car over December instead telling me there was no need for an out of office message since his colleagues will be there...with arrogance.
