I want to commend Sylvia Seabe for the professional and caring service we received from her on the 4th of January 2021. I called the claims department just before 16:00 and Sylvia was still cheerful and assisted me with great ease. I was a bit flustered due to an attempted break-in, however, Sylvia kept her cool - listened without interrupting me and repeated the important facts for clarity. Thank you Sylvia for making a stressful situation bearable and for your caring support. You can teach quite a few customer service agents a thing or two about professionalism. Keep up the good work.
