Surprisingly Pleasant Claims Experience

Thabo Ndaba was our liaison for a recent claim we put in. He immediately sent us communication related to our claim and was with us every step of the way. He is friendly and courteous on the phone and supportive throughout the process, which really made a difference and puts Brolink a cut above the rest of insurance providers. I didn't feel like just a number, instead, I was treated with such professionalism and warm efficiency! Thank you Thabo.
