Sue from Brolink absolutely blew my mind in terms of turnaround and service... My experience with claims has been very poor indeed with other organisations, they constantly looking for ways to repudiate and time is seemingly something they don't care about... NOT so with Sue and Brolink, from claim to settlement in less than a week for a major write off... I've never experienced this in my 25+ years of being insured.... Well done Sue and we'll done Brolink! Brilliant, thank you
