I have just received policy documents for Insurance. I have NEVER requested insurance from these people I don't even know who they are . I have my own insurance this is ***** how unknown people can get my information and just do insurance under my name . I phoned the consultant back she won't take my calls her name is Rene Cilliers her email is *** telephone ***. She won't phone me back she said she phoned me. She **** I had the home next to me waiting then she put the phone down on me twice saying I'm shouting at her. That woman does not know what shouting is . I talk VERY loud always have and yes I'm angry . I'm angry because complete strangers take out insurance in my name without my knowledge or permissions then refuse to take my calls
