Standard bank or Brolink or Hollard

Its really difficult to get assistance from Standard bank or Brolink or Hollard not sure who is responsible for the account now . When I eventfully got through and logged a claim with Brolink, it was logged and had no feedback for a month until I called again, then I was then advised that someone is worked on my claim on that day of the follow up call. If you need assistance in providing a better service, I would gladly be opened to assist you.
