08 Mar 2023, 09:52 Acknowledgement of service delivery I'm a Service Provider for Hollard Insurance Company. In this day and age, service delivery could be either extremely excellent or it could go the opposite direction. As a Service Provider, which work with claim consultants daily, and many of them at times, but there are a few of them that stands out very much, they care for us as Service Providers and what we do as well as caring for the clientele , I can name them now, but thats for another day, today I want to thank Mari Schoeman, man this lady is always there and her willingness to assist , even if the claim has nothing to do with her, or payments that need to be done etc, etc.thanks Mari, your commitment, professionalism and pride, stands you and your employer, Hollard Insurance, in good stead. I know many a times this platform is used for complaints upon complaints, but this time around we are spreading some good and powerful message for everyone in the service delivery side, no matter where you work, take pride in your work and you will get things done, like Mari Schoeman. Thanks for always availing yourself to assist
