Property damages claims

Submitted a claim with Brolink related to damages to my property in mid June 2021. Haven’t received any feedback since then, I’ve been calling and being told we’ll call you back. Still haven’t received anything yet they except you to make payments to your policy timely or you won’t be covered but processing over a claim takes over 2 months
