Premium jumped from R313 to over R22 000
Due to a mistake by Brolink, my bank account was debited with more than R22000 (that's right, twenty two thousand rand) instead of the R313 premium for short term insurance with Absa Insurance. This has caused a huge financial crisis for me, and it seems like both Brolink and Absa Insurance are treating it as just a administration glitch. I have not been refunded yet, in spite of having informed Absa Insurance of the problem two days ago. One would think they would jump through hoops to rectify a huge mistake like this, but no, taking their own sweet time. I have almost no money left to pay my bills and buy groceries, but that does not seem to bother them.
Good day
