Poor service from Brolink!
Had a claim through FNB Insure that was sent to Brolink. They were absolutely useless in appointing a plumber that was based in a town 104km away. They could not find a plumber in a closer town that was 20km away for an emergency - a town called Herm****. Shocking the manner in which they handled the claim. And not even the courtesy of a call.

05 Sept 2023, 15:27I have been contacted by FOGI - but not by Brolink. Michaela is absolutely useless at her job. I am still trying to understand where there are no plumbers for Herm**** that are used by this company. Certainly a problem if there are other clients impacted by poor service.
