Poor After Services. Non compliance Certificate. Bad services

On the 5 August my geyser burst. I have log a claim with Brolink and Plumbing Johannesburg South Africa was appointed to assist with my claim. I wasn't happy with the fact that the plumber now drilled holes in my geyser box exposing my copper pipes which is a target to copper ******* It was also looking very unprofessional and very untidy. After being given the run around by Rayn Edward from Plumbing Johannesburg South Africa the plumber came and twisted the pipes back into the geyser box. Ok on the 19 August I requested a Certificate of Compliance. After much hassle I finally got a noncompliance Certificate. Now you tell me I have never done work on my geyser besides the insurance. All my email to Brolink claims Handler Mpho Kubeka gets ignored Henk Holtzhausen from Plumbing Johannesburg also ignore all my request to have the noncompliance sorted. I was told it's for my own account Now am not prepared to clean up where a decent hob wasn't done.
