Our earthquake claim is not moving at all, I have called numerous times, and questioned if my crack are from earthquake, when our area was on live enca due to our being most affected. I had to also chase for an assessor, two assessors did not make contact, insurance didn't follow up I had to call until a 3rd assessor was appointed, engineer appointed no contact as yet
