Pathetic service, they give 2 ****s about their clients!
Be careful never ever to waste your time with this unpleasant and unprofessional company. They have zero care for their clients and want you to constantly chase them. Ive had a claim since November 2020 and i still haven't received any feedback 5 months later, how pathetic. From one department to the other, ive experienced misery.
Think twice before you use Brolink services, ensure that your insurance company does NOT use them. They are a joke.
