Overdue Insurance Claim Pay-out

After writing my car off approximately 8 weeks ago I am STILL awaiting my insurance payout which was promised to happen no later than Friday 29 May 2015. <br> I had requested that this payment be done NO later than this date because my debit order for the written off car would go off on 1 May 2015 again if not settled. No payment was made and my debit order went off, taking a portion of the my Home's rent which was due today. <br> I now cannot pay my rent on time, I need to have the debit order for the car reversed and the Visa I have app**** for to go overseas has been delayed and will possibly be rejected (this money is non-refundable!) because of the outstanding funds which were promise to be payed no later that Friday. <br> <br> Could I PLEASE be assisted Today as this is a MASSIVE inconvenience to both myself and my landlord!
