No customer service and very rude Magda Du Plessis

Right now I am speechless. This morning I get a call from Magda Du Plessis I believe she is the manager in Brolink. As a claims manager she says to me what do I expect the insurer to do as my query is between me and the service provider. I must sort it out with them. On the 14th of November the sp wanted me to bring in my vehicle for repairs and I asked them to please reschedule for this Month in December as I was planning to take leave and I didn't select the car hire option. I used my vehicle daily to work. I am now at home so on Monday the 12th of December I asked sp if they could book my car in for repairs for next week Monday on the 28th of December my family and I are going on holiday and will return on the 2nd of January 2023 and on the 3rd of January I am going back to work. The sp made contact with me the following day on Tuesday and informing me that they are closing if I bring in the vehicle repairs will only be completed after the 9th of January they can't promise to complete them now in December. So yesterday I sent an email to Elize Duncan and Zanele and Zanele forwarded my email to the manager Magda who called me this morning as was so rude. Now I just need to understand if the sp is closing what option does Brolink have in terms of finalizing a claim. She said to me in short it's not thier problem I must sort it out with the sp mind you this is still the minor stretch claim which was registered in August and I had to log a Hellopeter complaint to get further assistance. I am really not happy with how Magda addressed me today she was rude and her tone lord help me. It makes sense now they don't care about customers. She thinks she has a right to address me in the manner that she did. I blame AIFA for this as they are the one using brolink and Brolink doesn't care at all about customers. After righting this Hellopeter complaint I am then referring this matter to the FSB and to the Ombudsman maybe I could get a solution from them as to what can I do to resolve this in January I'll be at work at work be able to book the car in as I use the vehicle daily and I took leave now so that the repairs can be carried out while I am at home and last week of December the repairs would be completed and I can go on holiday with my family. I beg Absa Insurance Financial brokers to please take back this book from Brolink or use companies like Santam or Momentum to handle your claims. They know how to put customers first and the care about clients. This Magda was so rude and doesn't care at all. Why did she bother to call me at all today? To mess up my day? Surely that wa her intention and right now am so angry. A mere R15000 claim is giving me sleepless night because of such people. Yes Magda it's not your problem as you said I must sort this out with the service provider and that is what I will be doing sorting this out with the FSB I want your company to be investigated and surely they will found out alot of things done incorrectly by your company and you would be exposed. I am not sure how someone in your level in leadership addresses a customer the way u did. Thank God I canceled this policy and this is the only outstanding claim after this I would never deal with Brolink and would not even recommend ur company not even to my worst enemy. I wonder what do u guys then do in December since sp are closing and accidents continue to happen. You tell clients to wait until January the following year. So clients must sort themselves out? That's what u said to me
