Nkateko Tshauke exceptional!
If it wasn’t for Nkateko Tshauke, I am afraid BroLink would struggle. This young lady is outstanding at customer service and I can honestly say that she should be incentivised more. A couple members of the BroLink team could definitely learn a couple things from her hardworking attitude.
