Never sign up with Brolink through Standard Bank or Any bank in my opinion!!!!!!

I have never dealt with a more useless insurance company that is associated to Standard bank and i need to warn anyone that is signing up with them - You will be sorry and wish you never did!!!!!!! I want Standard bank to also advise why they would be referring clients to Brolink when they know that they are useless. We notified Brlink that our geyser burst and needs to be replaced, after having 3 different plumbers sent to our house in 3 days, the problem was still not resolved. Simunye plubming eventually came out to replace our geyser on the 28th August 2023. So 5 months later my valves are making such a noise when opening the taps that it sounds like the pipes want to burst. I took 2days leave thursday and friday to get this sorted, thursday simunye plumbers arrive after 16:30 in the afternoon and state they cant fix the valve because its not their brand (Who put the geyser in, in the first place? SIMUNYE PLUMBING "It was them"). Then Friday after 16:40 the manufacturers arrive and enter my roof and state its not their brand the installers need to install the correct valve. Water is running out of my overflow like a tap is open, Simunye will pay half my bill for this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please insure to remove Simunye plumbing off your referral list and never give them insurance work ever again. This is the worst experience we have ever had and thinking that its my own bank that referred us to them.

Reviewer Update
The owner of Simunye Plumbing came out and replaced the valve. I have notified him that there is still what they call pipe hammering and this is a great concern. I have an appointment on Saturday the 24/02/24 to have this issue investigated to figure out the way forward.
