My experience with Brolink was not good

My experience with Brolink was not good. Feedback from them is almost non -existent and there is no urgency on their part. Replies to emails are slow and the call center lines are terrible. I would be good if Hollard can do an inside-out assessment on their appointed service partner to experience the poor service first hand.
