Mrs

I really don't understand why Absa Insurance would associate themselves with Brolink. I submit a claim for food that got spoilt after we did have electricity for more then 3 days. I sent them a list of good that was spoilt and they want quotation, on Monday I sent through screshot from Pick n pay food template and to date no feedback. Claim was lodge 2 or 3 weeks ago if I am not mistaken. If they make it this difficult to claim for spoiled food it actually makes sense why they delayed a minor stretch claim. I tried getting online quotes I am not winning in that regard thus I sent them a list of the food that got spoilt. Really really really is this how Brolink treats consumers. Next step is to the Ombudsman. How can a claim for spoilt drag for so long. I complaint before about this Elize Duncan and even now this claim is handled by her. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement on the email I sent her on Monday. Hayi mani no really you guys don't care about your customers. And the sad part is I took out a policy with Absa not Brolink and now I have to deal with Brolink and everytime a lodge a claim I have to fight to get service. A food deteriorate claim still open after over 2 weeks. Worst insurance company ever. I really must expose this company. Next will be Twitter, Facebook all online platforms. People should be warmed against Brolink. It makes sense that they don't want to assist me cause from the time a registered the claim it was an issue when I told them whe n the incident happened and that I was not aware I had such a benefit on my policy. I actually find out from. My friend that I had such a benefit and could claim from my insurance policy but boy did I not expect this to happen again and ja here I am complaining again about them different claim same consultant handling it
