After a month of telephone calls to different operators without full assistance, Friday 4th morning i spoke to May and Monday 7th Claim finalised : Remarkable !!!

what set May out from many : 1. Timeous feedback : she called me almost every 2 hours with progress feedback 2. Great integrity, she was very straight-foward "I will call you with feedback even if its not the best feedback you might want to hear,i will call you" 3. Problem solver, she made the necessary follow ups & resolved the problem (mail from service provider spammed as a virus, then she rerouted it)
