Lack of communication and assistance
I haven't had insurance with Brolink for well over 2 years, yet they appear as an active account at the credit bureaus. I've sent emails to the complaints email - I'm yet to receive a reply....
I urgently require assistance with updating my Brolink payment history with the credit bureaus
