Insurance claim

I have had nedbank insurance underwritten by brolink,i had the insurance for past 4 years an i have not made single claim, i gave a broker who has been ignoring my emails, i have send complain to nedbank an no respond to my complain

My car was jumpstarted by a company send by insurance on the 12 december an my car was damaged, my claim has been with insurance sn im taken back an forth without help, merceedes need m R9000 an iv been paying R1800 past 4 years to insurance with no claim but now they taking a month to complete my claim, mercedes cannot release my car since 12 december because insurance is not paying, i dnt hv any mode if transport to work, my emails are not answered sn im not made aware how far claim in its nearly a month now
