Insurance
Have submitted a claim to insurance brolink insurance through ABSA,firstly I was not told that I need to call in for the car to be attended by an assessor from Brolink,since Monday the car is at SMD awaiting for an assessor while I am stranded with no transport and struggling with taking kids to school,the car is still in same place till today 10/11/2022 ***2*001*004 this is exhausting and frustrating cause it’s going for a week

22 Nov 2022, 09:30My car is still at the panel beaters till now it was taken on the 5th and was told that they have followed the right process how it stayed at SMD for a week for an assessor when it went to panel beaters they assessed it again it’s there another week going for 3 weeks without a car why did they not take it to the panel beaters if they have the rights to assess the vehicle instead of waiting the whole week at SMD.
