Indwe/Brolink/Santam - disappointing level of service

We are very, very disappointed with the service received from Brolink contracted by Santam. Our vehicle was ****** and recovered more than 6 weeks ago. Vehicle was only sent to the assessor 3 weeks later, and to date we have not heard as to whether our vehicle will be fixed or written off! We only had a hired car for a month, and even though we were chasing all parties to resolve, and the delays are no fault of ours we are the ones suffering without a vehicle. Not impressed with the level of service we are receiving at all!!!
