I was assigned a claims consultant by the name of Lavanda Reinecke from FNB Car Insurance and Brolink who was assisting with my vehicle to get repaired, she has done an exceptional service she’s very kind very responsive to emails and gets things done accordingly. During the process I was assigned a penalbeater in my home town but currently I am in another province she managed to get it changed to the closest one to me and my car went in for repairs after it was handed in she followed up to make sure I was assisted and to get a courtesy car. Lavanda may you please keep delivering exceptional service to clients after me we need service champions like you, you are the BEST!
