I am not happy with your service is very very poor

Me and my wife launched a claim 3 weeks back the claim was approved and promised us the car will be repaired within 7 days ..as my wife called the panel beater to find out about the progress they told her that they never received the car is still on their storage..so she tried to contact the consultant her name is zanele masemola and she never responded I am so disappointed with your service...it is very poor...we need a car for our transportation and we are stuck because of your negligence and delays
