Horrible service ever!

I don't appreciate the unprofessional behavior I am got from Caroline Mathole,she show no interest in assisting me and was blatantly rude.

It has been 4 months waiting for Brolink to repair my vehicle and it has not been repaired yet I'm paying my insurance premiums of R 1 225.87

I am sitting here without a car and using Uber for my day to day commuting which is costly.
