Hollard Car Insurance ***** to Pay

I got involved in a car accident and Hollard and their broker Brolink are now ***** and not fixing my car. They tell me what the assessor wants and instead of telling the assessor what I want. They claim they cannot afford to fix the car hifing behind the value to repair vs market value and refere me to a policy document which they only gave me for the first time since I took up their insurance and never send me the same before, and my take is that it ID irrelevantat this stage but can only be applicable going foward. Now they insist on writing off my car for a very minor damage. They took my car on the 22nd December 2021 and dumped it where it is not even covered atleast on the damage, but is now exposed to more damage. I was not on the wrong and the other driver didn't even have a driver's license so they can still go and recover their money but they must fix my car. This inconvenience has put my life on hold and affected my income so bad.
