I am pleasantly surprised by the way my claim was handled by Brolink. I Am insured by Ooba that use Brolink for administrative purposes as far as I can recall. At first they where slow to start but things totally went in the correct direction once all necessary paperwork was taken care of. a Special thanks to Mari Schoeman that handled this in a polite and professional manner up to the point where payments for the claim was requested.
