Gretchen Theron: My go to person at Brolink

Gretchen Theron. The name comes to mind when differing from poor service to Gretchen's empathetic, sympathetic and excellent service. Since our home burnt down on the 1st June 2022, the first call i made was to Gretchen while en route to my family from work. Gretchen listened with an empathetic ear, sympathized with me, worked tirelessly to make sure her side of the claim was always prompt, clear and productive from day one. My claim between Gretchen and the loss adjuster, Mr Andrew Harvard of Crawford Independent Associate was handled in an amazing manner. They gave my family and I the urgency it deserved. It was on the first week of July that the claim was finalised and re-building plans had started. Until now, wrt other related claims, Gretchen is my go to person.
