Great and Superb customer services

Well...I had a claim which I was supposed to fo October 2023 but due to my health issues and hospitalisation I claim it very late. I got a lady by the Name if Bernadene Potgieter from Brolink, she supported me all the way and she made sure that I received help because of my health and because of the challenges I had. She fought it through until I got help for my carport, even when I thought I was not going to get help or my claim to be approved but she pushed it through until I was helped. She is a very warm and I didn't expect for woman of her caliber in the sense that she is white...to push through and give it all especially because I am black and have a number of challenges.

I was so amazed but grateful and very happy to have been helped by her. I had times when I called and she was busy in other calls other consultant were not so enthusiastic about my claim being approved because o was very late in putting a claim....she was positive and she told me....we will get this.I got your back....what an encouraging words Ms Bernadene. I wish you can do to others and pass the same spirit of great customer services and humanity to all your colleagues and other consultants out there.
