Feedback on registering claim
Had electrical damages to certain appliances and registered a claim yesterday. Was helped extremely professional by a lady who's name I did not take unfortunately. Then the second lady Bernadene Potgieter assisted me very professionally as well in getting the claim registered. extremely good customer service sofar. I am now awaiting feedback.

EXCELLENT Customer Service.
I think this is the best service I have ever received from any Insurer in my life.
Well done to the first lady who assisted me(unfortunately did not get her name)and then Bernadene Potgieter who calmly and professionally explained the process. Process was painless to say the least. She handled the situation with so much empathy as I was emotionally quite upset over the damages occurred and was expecting the worst..
