Failure to Repair Vehicle on Time

Repairs to vehicle not carried out on time since Old Mutual Insurer’s appointed assessor authorized second hand head lamp that does not fit. New headlamp on back order but will only arrive after Alfa Trio Panel beaters close for the festive season, meaning that I don't have transport for the holidays. I'm insisting that that Old Mutual Insure hire a vehicle for me similar to my vehicle for the holidays at their cost since the delay was caused by their cost cutting assessor.
