Extremely unsatisfied with this service!!! Hired by ABSA AIC !!!
Brolink Insurance Brokers - outsourced by ABSA INDIRECT INSURANCE !!!
Was in a motor vehicle accident last Feb 2020, this was no fault of mine. I submitted evidence to prove this. It’s been over a year, I have not received info on my claim against the other party. Last I was told that it’s being settled in court. My excess has not been refunded for a year now and my premiums have considerably gone up since the accident! I want answers!
