I would like to place on record my sincere gratitude to Gretchen for the manner in which she attends to our clients claims. Her patience, empathy and professionalism surpass the expectations of the clients and ourselves. She is ever willing to assist wherever possible and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Even where a claim is challenging and the outcome is not what the client would have desired, they are still appreciative of Gretchen’s assistance and the manner in which she handles their claims which speaks volumes to her character and the skilled claims handler that she is.
