Excellent Service Rina and Brolink

I am a claims administrator at SFP Middelburg. I deal with claims on a daily basis, and have experienced high levels of frustration in the past with regards to service. I have recently been BLESSED with a new dedicated claims consultant, Rina Smith. I would like to recognise Rina, for her excellent, quick and professional way of interacting with me, I have never experienced the level of service I have received from Rina and Brolink, on any of my personal lines claims before! All I can say is WOW... WELL DONE Rina, what a gem you are...thank you!!!
